 1. Cannot enter the software procedure
Reason: operator's password is not correct.
Means of settlement: Input the operator password correctly.
2.Cannot open certain picture or can’t see the selected.
Reason: the kind of picture isn’t correct or the image is too small.
Means of settlement: Change the kind and size of the picture. If can’t see the picture, zoom out it.
3. Real painting picture and the corresponding pattern in the machine are not in the same size.
Reason: the preview size of picture and the real painting picture are not in the same size.
Means of settlement: adjust the size via “Zoom” under the menu of “Pictures”.
4. Pictures on flowers are mottled.
Reason: petal of the flower is too high.
Means of settlement: press the flower back down.
5.The pick-up head doesn't work.
Reason: software driver is not set up or the operating system doesn't work properly.
Means of settlement: install the software driver for the pick-up head or restart the computer.
6. Painting in displacement
Reason: flowers move during the process of painting.
Means of settlement: fix the flower.
7. Paper jam prompt appears
Reason: the painting machine doesn't work properly.
Means of settlement: Switch the machine off and restart it.
8. Serial-port communication cannot be realized.
Reason: the operating system doesn't work properly.
Means of settlement: restart the computer.
9. Pictures painted are unclear.
Reason: the software isn't set correctly or the special enamel is not painted evenly.
Means of settlement:

Paper type: card paper
B. Adjust the place of flower
